Community Relations Support Team – Spanish Bilingual

Novle, a Phoenix-based multicultural marketing and community engagement agency, is building a flexible team of community relations contractors to support upcoming projects across Arizona.

This is a unique opportunity to get hands-on experience in community engagement, marketing, and outreach, all on a schedule you control.

What You'll Do

As part of our on-call support team, you'll take on shifts supporting a variety of Novle clients and community partners. Depending on the opportunity, that could include:

  • Tabling at community events and festivals

  • Canvassing and distributing flyers or materials

  • Collecting contact information, surveys, or sign-ups from community members

  • Representing Novle and our partners at public-facing activations

Who We're Looking For 

  • Friendly, outgoing, reliable, and comfortable engaging with the public

  • Passionate about community work and connecting people to resources

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

  • Available to work evenings, weekends and early mornings

  • Must have reliable transportation

Compensation

  • $25 per hour

  • Biweekly payments

  • Mileage reimbursement

How Scheduling Works

You decide which opportunities fit your availability. Available shifts will be posted through SignUpGenius and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Once you sign up for a shift, we ask that you honor that commitment. If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.

Contractors who cancel with insufficient notice or miss two scheduled shifts may no longer be included in future opportunities.
